Order Procedure:
1,  Send a mail to us with the following information:
*  SHOES ID and SHOES SIZE form our website
*  Quantity you want
*  Your contact details (Full name,Address,Zipcode,City,Country and Telephone)
2, We send you confirmation email after get your order information.
3, Send the payment and the sender name to us
4, We confirm the payment and send out the shoes by door to door Express mail in     2 days.
5, We will email the tracking number to you after we send the shoes.
6, Give us feedback after you get the shoes.

Price:
The price includes the shipping cost and with the insurance. We offer very special price to our customer (price depends on your quantity), can save more than 20% than other suppliers, please email us to get more details. of course,if you aren`t satisfied with the price,please email us asap.

Payment:
Our payment is western union,T/T(bank transfer),moneybooker or money gram. Please view Payment form to get more detail.

Products:
We have own nike OEM factory, Packing :original box, retro card, label . We can give you products with very high quality standards and reasonable price! We are looking forward to do business with you. Do not hesitate and contact with us!and all shoes are brand new. We have woman US size from 5 to 8.5 and man US size from 8 to 13. Most products listed on our website are available and have stocks here.

Mini order:
For wholesale business, the minimum order of our shoes is 12 pairs (a carton) per style and color. But we accept the small order such as 1 or 2 pairs for the new customers in order to let the customers to take a look at the top quality of our shoes and the best and prompt service.
For retail business,the minimum order is not limited, You can mix in any model & any color & any size shoes.

Delivery time:
Usually,we will send the goods within two working days after we get the payment . Once we ship out the shoes, we will provide you with the tracking numbers for tracking. Normally, it will take 2-5 working days for the shoes to travel to UK, 4-7 working days to North America and 5-8 working days to other areas.

Shippment:
We handle all kinds of shipping ways according to the customers’ request, such as by sea, by air, by express(EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX ,SODEXI,UPS). Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.Please view Payment form to get more detail.

Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with our shoes, you can ship back, we will refund the value of shoes to your next orders.
Please make sure it's in unworn and unused condition and original packaging.
When return, please write on a paper and put in the parcel so we know from you: the item number(same as in our website) and your email address.

Customs policy:
For the customs clearean, we have many methods and experiences, so your package always will safe to deliver. But if there have a exception, like your package was held at your country customs, we will attempt to let it released, if not then, we will refund the value of shoes to your next order,but the shipping fees is not fefundable.  If the package have problem in Chinese customs, we will resend all, you will not need pay any other charge.
All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package.
